Refund policy

At The Digital Kart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or broken
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product received is different from the description shown on the website
  • Missing parts or incomplete product received

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours to 7 days of delivery (choose your preferred window)
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories must be intact
  • Unboxing video/photos may be required for damage claims

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or altered products
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

3. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • Same product replacement (if defective/damaged)
  • Alternate size/design (subject to availability)

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer/UPI after account details are shared

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, defective product), return shipping will be borne by The Digital Kart.
  • For other approved returns (if allowed), return shipping may be borne by the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
